Explore the basics of Old Time and Bluegrass rhythm, and learn how these two styles compare and contrast. Techniques such as bass runs, "the crucial offbeat", and chordal rhythmic inflections will be taught. Also included will be simple flatpicking leads in various speeds, improvisation, and form techniques. Aaron will demonstrate simple/advances tunes in the style of Doc Watson.
